CHICAGO (November 7, 2011) – North Park women's soccer forward Anika Johnson earned College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin All-Conference Second Team honors for the 2011 season.

Johnson, a native of Baroda, Michigan, and a graduate of Lakeshore High School, had a breakout season for the Vikings as she led the team in goals scored (5), game-winning goals (3) and assists (3). She scored the game-winning goal in NP's crucial 2-1 victory over Elmhurst College Oct. 1 in leading North Park to its first four-win CCIW season since the 1998 campaign.

North Park finished the season with an 8-8-1 record, including a 4-3-1 mark on the road.
